Q. Where do you deliver to?
A: At this time we are only able to deliver to the mainland UK.
Q. How will my items be sent?
A: For smaller purchases we use Royal Mail as our delivery provider. For larger orders, the courier service Hermes will be used.
Q. How can I pay for my items?
For now, purchases can be made via Paypal – if you don’t have an account, one can be easily set up as part of the checkout process on our shop.
Q. Do you run any discounts or promotions?
A:We have two ongoing discounts – On orders of £20 or more, postage is free of charge – On orders of £50 and over a discount of 10% can be applied using discount code: KIDDY at checkout.

Q. How long will it take my order to arrive?
A: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and your delivery may be subject to disruptions. However we aim for a 3-5 business day service and if your delivery has not been received in this time, feel free to contact us to check on your order status at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. What age range are your products suitable for?
A: Our range starts from 7 months + with our Kiddylicious Fruity Puffs and Flying Saucers ranges. All other Kiddylicious products are suitable for 12 months + and our Munch Bagz snacks are for ages 4 years and above. Always check the product packaging for information on age, allergens and ingredients.
Q. What if my items arrive damaged or I am unhappy with them?
A: If your items are damaged upon receipt, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on 01494 432902 or email@example.com within 14 days so that we can best investigate the issue. We will work with you to arrange for the products to be returned to us for inspection, at no cost to you, and a refund or replacement can be issued if the goods are found to be damaged or defective.
