Q. How will my items be sent?

A: For smaller purchases we use Royal Mail as our delivery provider. For larger orders, the courier service MyHermes is used.

Q. How can I pay for my items?

A: Purchases can be made by debit card, credit card (Master Card/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, Discover, American Express, Maestro) or via Paypal – if you don’t have PayPal account, one can be easily set up as part of the checkout process on our shop.

Q. Do you run any discounts or promotions?

A: Yes – On orders of £20 or more, postage is free of charge.

Q. How long will it take my order to arrive?

A: We use a variety of postal services and couriers for our deliveries to you.
Once shipped, most domestic orders take between 3-8 working days.
Usually orders are shipped out on the next working day, but sometimes they may be held up for a little longer if we need to pull stock to complete your order back from store.
If you haven't received your order within the estimated shipping time frames, please send an email to shop@kiddylicious.com
Please note that in the lead-up to Christmas and other major holidays, few carriers guarantee normal delivery dates, so there may be delays.

Q. What age range are your products suitable for?

A: Our range starts from 6 months+ with our Kiddylicious Wafers range. Our Fruity Puffs are suitable for 7 months+. All other Kiddylicious products are suitable for 12 months +.
Always check the product packaging for information on age, allergens and ingredients.

Q. What if my items arrive damaged or I am unhappy with them?

A: If your items are damaged upon receipt, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on 01494 432902 or shop@kiddylicious.com within 14 days so that we can best investigate the issue.
We will work with you to arrange for the products to be returned to us for inspection, at no cost to you, and a refund or replacement can be issued if the goods are found to be damaged or defective.
